Bart de Ruiter is the Senior Vice President for Internet Software and Services.

He controls the built in apps, the functioning of apps and the internet. Since joining CaptiTech in 2017, he had had a large influence on the leadership. He led the built-in CaptiStore project, and he began leading the Captain Assistant project.
